The vast majority of clients purchase the Ceremony and Reception packages together. They come with everything you need for an awesome wedding. The booking process requires a non-refundable deposit to hold your date.
Ceremony Package
Full Package: 1 hr of audio service. Setup, strike, and tax included.
Package without music: Mics and sound only. 1 hr of audio service. Setup, strike, and tax included.
Package includes:
- Bose compact speaker system (L2 Model 2)
- Shure wireless lavalier (lapel) or handheld mic for the minister/officiant
- Shure wireless lavalier (lapel) mic for the groom
- Shure wireless handheld mic and straight, church-style stand for any readers
- Wind-noise screens for all mics
- Customized song list with prelude and postlude music
- Online timeline and planning form
- Appropriately-dressed sound technician Liam Grist
- Additional lapel mics available
- Ceremony musicians can plug in to the 8-channel mixer with their own cables
- Videographers can easily plug into the mixer with a ¼ inch cable, XLR, or RCA cable to grab the audio feed
- Optional HD audio recording of the ceremony for an additional fee
- Setup, breakdown, & tax included
Reception Package
Base price covers 3 hours of entertainment. Additional hourly rates apply for extended time. Setup, strike, and tax included.
Package includes:
- DJ & MC Liam Grist for requested portions of the night (cocktail, dinner, and dance)
- 2× Bose L2 speaker system with B2 bass module subwoofers
- White or black scrim cover over DJ stand with a clear, thick, glass table top
- Two Shure wireless handheld mics — additional wireless mics available
- Appropriate, customized dance area lighting with wireless décor/uplighting
- Clear & concise announcements and introductions as your emcee
- Onsite song request clipboard
- Customized song request list, DJ timeline, and DJ planning form online
- Unlimited consultations via video, phone, or in-person meeting
- Setup, strike, and tax included
Other Events DJ Service
Other events take place outside of traditional wedding venues — birthdays at a home, parties at a bar or club, or a float boat in a parade.
Package includes:
- DJ & MC Liam Grist for requested portions of the night

- Additional Bose system with subwoofer available at additional cost
- DJ Table

First Dance & Special Dance Mixes
Custom-edited versions of your favorite songs — shortened, blended, or remixed specifically for your first dance, father-daughter dance, or any other special moment. Contact Liam for examples and pricing.
Additional Lighting Options
- Lighting Package #1 — One T-bar truss with two Aggressor Tri LED club lights creating color, pattern, strobe, and moving effects
- Lighting Package #2 — Two “moving head” lights
- Lighting Package #3 — Two lighting stands with two large club lights
- Lighting Package #4 — Multiple club lights and moving heads on an over-hanging truss system programmed to your event
- Black lighting — Neon glow party lighting (6 bulbs)
- Disco ball — Includes ceiling or truss setup and color spot lighting
- Laser — One powerful “Burning Man” laser
- Fog machine — For lighting effects
- Wireless Uplighting — 4 lights included with the Reception Package; extra lights available per package. Color options, sound-activated.
Monogram
- Custom Gobo Monogram — Projected pattern of your initials or design on a wall, dance floor, or ceiling
- Customized Projected Video Graphic Monogram — Animated version of your monogram
Audio Recording
- Audio recording of the reception music — CD mailed or MP3 file emailed to you
- Audio recording of the ceremony, toasts, and more — CD mailed or MP3 file emailed to you
Satellite Music System
Simple audio system for a separate cocktail or lounge area.
- 1 speaker + 1 mixer for an iPod or instrument
- Does not include additional DJ & MC time
Travel
Liam is based on Maui, Hawaii and also serves Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Travel fees apply for events outside of Maui.
