Big Weddings

Big weddings can be stressful when the production team is not put together well. It’s often up to your coordinator and DJ/emcee to keep things moving smoothly. This past weekend I did a wedding at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel for 300 guests and it turned out to be awesome!  The huge buffet, cocktail lounge, luau,  slideshow, canvas guestbook, and photo booth were great… but it was the bridal party introductions, fire dancers, games/dances, personal recognitions, first dance solo singer, surprise bridesmaids boogie, and packed dance floor that made the night epically unforgettable. We worked HARD on this one!
